Thanks NIck!!! The old girl sure bring's back good and bad memories. Good memory right out of High school got my first custom job with dad's 915. Bad memory the engine cowling slammed down on my head checking the oil in the motor in a wind storm, cracked my jaw bone and teeth and knocked me cold and ended up rolling off the side to the ground OUCH!!! But i would do it all over again in a minute lol. There are two brother's who are Japanese not far from me who raised 800 acre's of alfalfa seed and ran only JD equipment and they had 4 IH 915's they harvested seed with. They retired in 2013 and i went to their farm sale and asked why they had IH harvesters instead of the JD and they said you will never find a better combine than a International.
Spent a lot of time combining beans and picking corn in our IH 915. It had the 6-row corn head. Seeing this video brings back great memories of growing up on the farm. Thanks for sharing!

Just finished wheat harvest here in Kansas yesterday. Hard red winter. It was a poor stand and so-so yield. There were a few trucks of good wheat to keep for seed, but the rest went to town straightaway.
That must be a later model low pro 915. I worked for a guy 30 years ago that had a high pro model, great machine with tons of power, 6cyl diesel. In fact one fall we ran it on 5cyl as a valve spring broke so he just bypassed the fuel from that injector. It still had more power than the other 915 we ran with the v8 gasser. We ran a 20' 820 flex in beans on the diesel and 15' 820 flex on the gas. The diesel would go through wet spots with the bigger head than the gasser with the smaller head and get stuck. We ran side x side with a 7700jd and he couldn't keep up either.
