🧘🏽♀️This is your Time for Sleep using ASMR +Reiki + Healy frequencies. For this sleepy session I use lots of hand movements, a little plucking, soft brushing/rubbing, and other triggers to immerse you into the experience. This session also incorporates healing tones and binaural audio helping to clear out any blockages or stuck energy. Feel at ease as you relax in a safe place and rest into a peaceful state of mind. ✨

I'm Kelly Jean, and this TH-cam Channel offers Distance Reiki sessions infused with ASMR and other energy-based modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Crystals, Vibrational Sound Healing, and other mindfulness techniques. However, the videos you’ll find online as well as my in-person classes are informed by a lifelong curiosity and appreciation for health and wellness spanning many modalities, including hatha yoga training, spiritual practices such as Nichiren Buddhism and meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, Improvisational and theatre arts, and even remote viewing techniques.

I get that. They’ve done study’s on tapping and it’s shown over and over that just by watching someone tap you receive the same benefits. It’s like distance reiki but distance tapping! Crazy!
