On the circuit diagram for pin 3, did you intend to draw instead the symbol for the 10 uF electrolytic capacitor? { In the video @9:22, it’s showing the electrolytic capacitor being used in contrast to the straight double lines symbol on the circuit diagram. } (4.) Not seen on the circuit diagram are the 47k Ohm resistor and the stereo jack plug. Regarding these items noticed @10:15, are the following steps correct: (4a.) join the red POS wire of the stereo jack plug to one end of the 47k Ohm resistor; (4b.) attach the other end of the 47k Ohm resistor to the POS of the 220 uF electrolytic capacitor; (4c.) connect the GND wire of the stereo jack plug to the NEG rail on the breadboard? (5.) Is pin 2 connected to pin 4, or does pin 2 go directly to GND? (6.) Thanks. (7.) Toodles!
it didn't work. On powering, the LED came on immediately. I used a 10uf 16v capacitor and 1N4148 diode. those don't matter. Either you've lied in this video or idk.... please reply
