Oh Irony.. I am watching this trying to find a replacement for the said Philips sonicare toothbrush, it broke down around 2 years in.. the same happened to my adult philips sonicare toothbrush, albeit I did get my money back for the latter. Also, out of experience I must insist that parents brush their kids teeth at least until age 6 at least once a day, these apps distract young children from actually brushing their teeth.. we had several cavities to fix ..

Smaller brush head for which toothbrush?
A water flosser typically isn't used with children as young as 6. Arguably they could use one, you would want to make sure it is on a really low/gentle setting.

Any toothbrush i could use on 1.5year old that will not let brush teeth? As soon as the molars started coming in there is no chance to brush without total torture. Can i use sonicare?
Try looking at something like Baby Sonic from a company called Brush-Baby. It has a really small brush head, great for little teeth.

Is the Sonicare kids basically the same as the 1100 or 2100?
No, the one shown in this video is different to the 1100 and 2100.
The fundamental technology is the same, but the chargers and features are slightly different.
Do any of these brushes have music on them?
