In FargoRate top 100 US men playa's Donny Mills rated a 750, #19. Donny Mills isn't rated top 100 in world though. SVB is #1 in US & World, rated 821. I doubt a pro is able to play APA but if Mills did it would be what ever the top rating is available. Thomas Lin I’ve heard it said that once you pass 600 that a difference of 100 is twice the player. Like the skill level of an 800 is twice that of a 700
