You didn’t use the App and upload your documents ahead of time !!! Your checkin on ship was painfully slow and tedious to watch!!! How about showing people the correct way to do this Always upload uoor passports, your photos, vaccine cards when needed ahead of leaving your home or hotel Then just show the set sail pass and get on board 🤷‍♀️

Hi Nancy, yes we do use the Royal Caribbean app and upload our passport and vaccine information. Which Vlog were you watching where we didn’t do that? We’ve been on 11 cruises in the last 11 months and we use the app and upload our passport information and vaccine documents and we have yet to be able to walk on with just our set and sail pass. We have had a couple of issues with Carnival not excepting documentation but outside of that the other nine Royal Caribbean cruises everything was uploaded in advance With the exception of Shug’s picture. She likes to have her picture taken when she gets to the embarkation port.

@@ShugAlansTravelChannel We were on Explorer for the August 14th sailing and we also uploaded everything in the app. Still had to manually show everything as well. Great videos!
