    I love JD, thanks for this one and only video you ever did LPF - I'm a member there. It's funny how JD says he took the pick-guard off "and it's staying off" he said. I also heard him say it sounds better without the Bigsby it came with installed. Then years later the Bigsby is back on, and the pick-guard is too - he was wearing a hole in the top without it. He sure has great taste in guitars!

    yeah, flatwounds are great on a tele or tele style guitar. i would urge any tele guys give em a try.

    Lol these guys talk about Bloomfield using weird cheapo amps and Bonamassa talls a lot of Kossoff- those guys were druggies that used whatever they had available and made it work

    Get an early 70,s Marshall 50 watt bass model 1986 and you never will feel"boxed in"again.The Marshall 100 watts super leads are boring!

    Bloomfield was fake blues though, his daddy was rich as hell. He never went to no pawn shop. He was amazing but, richer than shit.
