Does the first kids bedroom not have a bathroom? I went back to watch the video and it seems there's a powder room, the master bath and the jack and jill but nothing for the first kids bedroom unless the jack and jill has a third door? Never mind. Even in the pictured links the powder room only has a toilet making it seem like the first kid's bedroom is not going to have access to any shower or bath unless they use the jack and jill or the master bath. very strange...

This is a nice house but not for half of a million. Honestly I was expecting a pool for this price and a better outdoor area. Also for that price I would expect higher end appliances hell at least the same song version fancy ones with the smart home stuff.
