Despues de 2 dias intentando solucionar el problema del error SC562-02. Este video me funcionó en la Ricoh MP C2003. Se debe indicar en 3701# que se cambió la unidad. Después ir a 5810 y Resetear. Luego apagar la impresora. Y esa fue la solución para el error SC562-02. Muchas Gracias!

Hola tengo un ricoh c2003 que le cambie la tarjeta controladora y el bcu porque le cayo agua, ahora ya no hay errores pero en cuanto enciende se activa el escaner y hace 3 clics no seguidos sino unos segundos despues y me sale un mensaje (instale la unidad fusion correctamente) es que necesita el fusible? si es asi por que es necesario? me deja pensando algo y es que no se registra código de error sin embargo me sale que la unidad no está instalada correctamente, ya limpie todos los conectores y las tarjetas son de una maquina operativa. que puede ser o como podria ser su solución. Gracias!

You need to install PICO FUSE after the SC5 error code ... that is after the fusing fault. There is no fuse in the new copier, it must be installed after repair. Without this item, the copier cannot be reset.
