A dot is a symptom of a damaged drum or roller in the fusing unit. Take out the drum unit and go around carefully and check the OPC DRUM if there is a dot. Do the same for the Fuser Unit.

Świetny film. U mnie pomogło w sytuacji gdy czarny toner sypał się tworząc coś co przypominało plamy kawy lub herbaty ( proszek nie był utrwalony na tych plamach dawał się zetrzeć zostawiając po sobie szare plamy). Plamy powstawały na środku wałka. Około godziny pracy ( przygotowanie stanowiska pracy) pozwoliło zaoszczędzić ponad 750 zł netto na nowy moduł plus wymiana. Pozdrawiam.
Bardzo się cieszę, że film był pomocny. Warto było poświęcić trochę czasu, bo oszczędność jest duża. Tym bardziej, że problem może pojawić się też na innych kolorach. Zapraszam do subskrypcji mojego kanału.
Hola Tomasz, A mi me faltan los seguros plasticos que contienen a los engranajes (8:42) Puede ser que la unidad no funcione correctamente por no tener esas piezas?. Y de ser asi, puedo sustituirlos con algun seguro metalico como el primero que se coloca en el engrane blanco? Y me podrias decir como se llaman esos seguros plasticos? Por favor. Muchas gracias.
Hola, se puede poner en versión de metal o de plástico, da igual. Solo recuerda que si usas la versión de metal, ¡el cierre no debe estar magnetizado! Un imán es malo para los rodillos magnéticos. Es un asunto menor, pero importa.

i prefer to clean the developer with a CPU fan to blow away the impurities and throw it in an induction bobine to reactivate it, then i restaure it to the development unit, this is my method if i don't find developer.
Your method is fine, but at the client's office, you need to do it with a vacuum cleaner.

The developer is a consumable that is replaced according to the counter. The service technician must always enter in the service book the date when the developer replaced it. If you don't have this information then the developer will replace it preemptively. Just like timing in a car.
