If you QW, you'll still need to wait for Q travel time, because the passive only increments a stack when a spell reaches the target, not on cast. Though because of the long tarvel time of Q, whatever order you cast it in Q will hit second, so casting Q earlier does indeed let you stun sooner, so it might save him.

What do you think about the malignance / rylai / leandry build? I feel like Annie's ratios aren't good enough to go full burst, but tibbers can stick to targets with rylais, dot is good, and Annie can use her low CD on Q more. But maybe that's just not enough damage in high Elo. Who knows
Annie is super strong and pretty much has always been. The thing is that she feels "stiff", clunky and has a terrible early lane, so the plan should be, unfortunately, just farm and combo if someone trade close to you. She's not mobile, has close range and is very predictable, but the thing is that doesn't need more to be very effective on her position. A good Annie is a player that just respects her timings and play around her strength: that is punishing positioning. It's incredibly difficult to win against a good Annie because she becomes a menace, and you need to put a lot of distance from her all the time, otherwise she deletes you. I mean, supposing that the enemy team doesn't have long range artillery, she can't deal with it if they stay far away, sometimes even with flash. She took the competitive by storm a couple of times back, and she's always been pretty much the same champion, and still is. I would like to know your thoughts on building it instead of its counterpart Shadowflame that is much better. It's burst potential early game allows for crazy snowballs with champs like Annie Syndra and akali paired with it's magic pen and high ap it's great cheap item
Annie is fun, but I just think her wave clear sucks especially early game. Im low elo and jut play norms but it sucksss when the enemy just clears waves so quickly and roams. And like you said, mana cost is kinda crazy even with the refund on her Q. I wish her rage was just a little bit longer too

If I’ve learned anything from the last two videos it’s to be conscious about who you send to push waves out. That syndra game was much worse than this one, but the garen v Annie matchup is awful.

I like a decent damage cd build on her. I got cd on tib down to like 6 or 8 seconds if he survives and it becomes like a huge bait to have them see him drop just to back up as soon as they try to go in. Also nice for a shield and deterrent
