Salaam, this was great. JazakAllah khair for the effort. Quick question - is the one third limit calculated based on residual wealth (i.e. [£10k - £3k]/3) or is the total wealth, so £10k/3?
In the UK does a person need to have a legal valid power of attorney to touch, use and activate another persons' computer device, tablet or GSM? Does an Executor automatically have a valid legal Power of Attorney? I strongly suspect that my late mother was taken advantage of mainly by a family member who was living with her and has hacked into our late mothers' computer and stolen all her security codes etc. Do the police have the authority to check that cybercrimes have taken place or do they need a court order?

But what are the situations where the males get more than females in inheritance, where they get equal amount and where the female gets more than the males?
How does the inheritance get distributed if both the mother and father has wealth under their name? For example, if you have three daughters, the Quran says 2/3rd of inheritance to be distributed amongst them equally. But is it 2/3rds of both the mother and father’s wealth combined OR 2/3rds of each one separately OR 2/3rds of just the father’s and the mother’s property has no rulings?
Is there any such thing as that this is Sunnah: passing inheritance onto secondary male heirs such as the father’s brother’s or sister’s sons, instead of the father’s own daughters, since he has no sons himself?
may Allah bless you! I was really struggeling to understand the entire inheiritance law and you make it so easy to understand

How long should we wait or could we wait to divide the inheritance to the heirs?

The daughters get their share from the fathers estate then it is passed on
