  • There are two POV's in this video. The big picture POV is of 2SQD and the smaller picture POV is of the SBF. You will get to see through the eyes of both the supported and the supporting elements of a platoon attack.
    DISCLAIMER: The SBF POV is footage from a platoon attack after the 2SQD POV attack. However both schemes of maneuver were the exact same.

    this made me realize just how much suppressors help for coordination, even when most of the line is engaging you can still clearly hear voices and such

    Keep kicking ass, love seeing what y'all's unit is accomplishing. Truly a driving force for innovation across the Corps' infantry units - your brothers in 1/5

    Breaching is one of the most friction filled events an infantry unit can do.

    very cool content. Its awesome to see footage of ranges with actual context of what is going on as opposed to weird incoherent gang bangs of b roll slapped together.

    had an idea today: Could you sew in some sort of knee-pad insert on the inside of the MARPAT trousers you use in the field (def wouldn't be sat in garrison, but may be the field)? I hate standard knee pads that strap around the knee since they just don't stay up.

    I didn’t hear it but did the PSOs paint the effects for you? Such as sporadic ineffective fire or heavy effective fire? Great vid! I’m sure y’all are smoked.

    What's your opinion on the HK416 as an infantry rifle? Are you guys happy with them?

      @@GruntHacks would you recommend someone to go infrantry or reconnaissance first?

    You ever run into zero issues mounting your PEQ to that Ergo rail extension? It’s my understanding they slightly cant upward and loosen easily but I’ve never actually used one.

      Tbh I haven’t noticed any issues, but then again that thing has been on there for a while and the screws are probably rusted in so it’s LOCKED in 😂

    Do you run a watch? If so how do you keep the metal from interfering from your wrist compass I can’t be confident in my readings with my wrist watch I just feel like there is interference.

    • @GruntHacks
      @GruntHacks  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I just wear my watch on my right wrist and compass on my left

    Are y’all still running guns as a separate section with weapons plt or have they integrated into the 11s plt

    • @GruntHacks
      @GruntHacks  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Still a separate weapons platoon. They get attached to the rifle platoon/squad per mission
