I can definitively say that this is the best Homestead Race of the Next-Gen Era and exhibit proof that it should be the Championship Race again in 2026
This race is why I love this sport. This track needs to be the finale in 2026. Those last thirty laps had me on the edge of my seat. I'm giving this race my highest rating of the season at 95/100. The last restart was an absolute gem to watch and the passing - three lead changes in the last three laps. Amazing. Congrats to Tyler Reddick for locking up a spot in the Championship 4.
If people don’t think this is a top 2 nascar season of all time, idk what will make fans happy. The best Homestead race of all time, and maybe the best NASCAR race of all time. Incredible race and it better be the championship race in 2026.
I just want to say that I love your passion and enthusiasm for NASCAR, while telling it how it is. Even when a race sucks, your take is very entertaining and enjoyable to watch. Keep it up good man.
This was an excellent race and I thoroughly enjoyed it. In my mind the most historic and enjoyable Cup race I've ever seen was Atlanta Motor Speedway in 1992. It was the last race of the season and, of course, the old point system was in effect. The championship lead changed 6 times during the race with Alan Kulwicky finally winning the race for the championship. It was the last race that Richard Petty ever ran and it was the first Cup race that Jeff Gordon ever ran. The Homestead track is lacking in it's facilities. It isn't anywhere near as nice as most of the other tracks. If they just put a few hundred million dollars into the facilities (or a billion) it might be a great place for the championship race.
A classic at Homestead for sure. Happy for Reddick to be in the final 4. Homestead deserves to be the cup finale race again. Today's race proves how amazing and exiting the race is.
If this race didn't show why Homestead should get the championship race in 2026 I don't know what does. Hopefully just 1 more year of very dry Phoenix.
I’m very bummed I missed the race today and the Spurs Home Opener yesterday since sleep got the best of me both days though I’m glad the race kicked ass based on what I’ve been seeing/reading
Phoenix needs to be put back as just a random mid season race where it belongs. Since the reconfiguration that place has been Texas levels of snooze fest
Ya know what's crazy ? AJ Allmendinger has an average finish of 5th in his last 4 Homestead Cup races. That is better than any active driver from all 3 series
Bowman has come out after the disqualification and showing Championship strength by staying around the top 7 the entire time in these races. and yet Logano gets in on fluked luck of a DQ, Shows no speed at all but gets a win on strategy. and has shown nothing that proves he really has a shot.
I agree with Dale Jr, it was a good race, but noting spectacular, ppl tend to have recency bias, while others have nostalgia bias of "the good ol days" when 50% of races were still boring in 2006
Joey had no reason to go all out! He will give it his all soon enough!! Homestead had the finale for plenty of years! Noone wants homestead back as championship race! Let Bristol or Talladega have it!
No overtime, no wreckfest, just pure racing. These types of races are why I love NASCAR.
Hey um u commented same thing on Eric estepps video lol😂😂😂
I can definitively say that this is the best Homestead Race of the Next-Gen Era and exhibit proof that it should be the Championship Race again in 2026
THIS RACE, THIS FINISH. THIS IS WHY WE NEED HOMESTEAD BACK AS THE CHAMPIONSHIP RACE. What a race

It's such a great track. Multiple grooves plus high tire wear really make Homestead the best track for the next gen car.
The season finale should return to Homestead, instead of lackluster Phoenix. Dare I say, Homestead should be considered a Crown Jewel track.
THIS IS WHY NEED HOMESTEAD BACK! NASCAR PLSSSSSSSSSS, make this happen.
What a finish at the end! Amazing race!

Best Nascar race of all time was in November of 1992.
This is the reason why Homestead-Miami Speedway should have it's season finale date again in 2026!!!
Homestead is too good for only NASCAR Homestead races! We need IndyCar and other racing series that do big oval races race there! I love Homestead
15:38 "If you didn't like it because Blaney won..." 😂
(Great Video BTW)

Atlanta was the best superspeedway race this year.
Kansas had the best finish this year imo.
Homestead was the best pure NASCAR race of the year.
Awesome race! Love your videos! Keep up the good work
Been so busy this season I haven’t been able to catch many races. Look forward to these videos every sunday
A classic at Homestead for sure. Happy for Reddick to be in the final 4. Homestead deserves to be the cup finale race again. Today's race proves how amazing and exiting the race is.
This was as classic as a race you could get in the modern Cup series.
Once again Homestead delivers a banger but with an awesome finish that didn’t require overtime.
From 3rd to the win on the final lap for Tyler Reddick 45
Certainly a race to remember
As a NASCAR fan, that was fantastic.
As a Larson fan, I'm on suicide watch.
I'm with you buddy. The last two races were bad but he made a good recovery both times. I have faith in him at Martinsville and you should too.
Tyler Reddick went from Flipping in Las Venturas to Winning in Vice City
Vegas
@@lastofusfan-r7r I'm guessing You've never played GTA San Andreas
Homestead-Miami Speedway Must Be Brought Back As The Finale Again, Rather Than Phoenix.
I feeling ya man!
Hell I'll put in a few dollars too for them to bring the championship back to Homestead.
Excellent race
I was there opening day, still planting trees.

Not in the mid season since Phoenix is very hot in the summer months. Just an early season race will do.
And yet texas has been better than phoenix in the next gen and that's not a good thing 😂
Ya know what's crazy ? AJ Allmendinger has an average finish of 5th in his last 4 Homestead Cup races. That is better than any active driver from all 3 series
I want 2 tracks in the playoffs Chicagoland and homestead
And make homestead a night race!!! I was dying until the last 40 laps
Bowman has come out after the disqualification and showing Championship strength by staying around the top 7 the entire time in these races. and yet Logano gets in on fluked luck of a DQ, Shows no speed at all but gets a win on strategy. and has shown nothing that proves he really has a shot.

Yeah I’m a Blaney fan and it was a good race but it did break my heart lol
Joey had no reason to go all out! He will give it his all soon enough!! Homestead had the finale for plenty of years! Noone wants homestead back as championship race! Let Bristol or Talladega have it!
Ok 10 years ago
It was good
They going back to homestead miami speedway in 2026
The next gen may have some low lows but man, It sure has some high highs as well
I heard nascar is going to announce tomorrow that homestead will be the final in 2026
😂👏🏾👏🏾
Where is raised ever? What are you guys talking about?😊
cars that make contact and spin and keep going should not cause a caution when there is clear evidence of no debris on the track
shouldn't have been a caution for larson
I was legit root-screaming for Reddick the last 2 laps, so wild
I didn’t watch cause I’m questioning my loyalty as a fan . Yes the highlights I saw were awesome but non of it means anything.
I agree. It's awful that NASCAR is watering this incredible race down with the playoffs.
Still a Byron fan and pulling for him but if Reddick takes this championship, this season might top the all
