I might be a staunch Sharks supporter but if there's one side I love watching when my team isn't playing it's the Blues. You guys give 80 minutes of entertainment and running rugby, which I'll take over 100 drawn out kicking victories. Awesome video!

Not endurance exactly. Having to push yourself at 100% when you're completely gassed and out of breath will help build your blood oxygen carrying capacity aka VO2 max. Also, running at full speed up an incline will make you faster when you're running across a level field. Plus the mental aspects of a grueling workout as well. So they're training power*endurance/speed/mental.
+Caleb Perelini (Calebeats) yeah man your talking about rugby stars who train all their life and can just manage to smash one tree hill with a full session and your pushing them down by stating you can do better ? hahahaha
its actually easy for me i run from Onehunga all the way up one tree hill with my friends and only 13 everyday but i don't know about the spider climbing to be honest.FUTURE ALL BLACKS IN THE COMMENT SECTION.
