If you put the chum bag directly against the bridge out of the current direct flow it'll stay straight down. Against the cement doesn't get in the way in case you get a good size fish and it brings them closer to you

You have more common sense the most on the releases. People get caught up in and just toss them back to the brown suit Dillon has this s*** down
dillon - nice touch of releasing fish away from where you caught them when possible. conservation minded! public access fishing can be full of f*ckery. I was stationed in Key West and SOME military guys would leave trash at one of the shore spots, tried to pick some of it up but would be left again smh
