That's me, also. I'm 65 and just retiring a few months back. I have this nagging in my soul that keeps on me about getting something done. Or I need to do something. My reaction is, I don't have to do a damn thing. I've been working all my life. Even from the time I could push a lawn mower as a kid, I worked. It's time for some me time. I guess it was how I was brought up to work and be productive and useful. The idea that not being active is being lazy, slothful or what have you. I rebuke the thought of it now.

Thank you so much for being here! I usually research what’s happening with the planets and stars and go off frequencies that feel like they would work best. Usually during the full moons I use more grounding or cleansing frequencies, and during the new moons I use more manifestation frequencies. Sometimes I go based on my own personal energy needs at the time and sometimes off of numerology like on 8/8 I did 888 hz.
