jesus, daybreakers seems especially odd now in a post covid world. "it all started with a single bat". i love ethan hawke and vampires and yet never heard of this film! thanks for all yur lovely shout outs...yu make being into vampire culture wayyyy cool =) i felt alone until i found this channel!!!
Queen of the Damned was one of the first soundtracks I bought with my own money when I was a wee thing, still own, still perfect. I never realized so many of my favorite vampire movies were in the 2000's but it makes sense. Also, because its a personal gripe of mine when anything is set in Alaska (AK grown) is the lack of any Native Alaskan people, but 30 Days was still fantastic. I really appreciate the way you talk about film and even if its not you're taste, you don't tear it down.
I've seen a lot of these! Let The Right One In is one of my all-time favorite vampire films and books. I'd add Blood: The Last Vampire for another vampire anime, and the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen in the "not good but still a fun watch" pile.
Just checked out the trailers for I sell the dead and suck and I can't wait to watch them. Thank you. You are my tour guide into the darkness. You're the best!
You look stunning Alice. Ultraviolet is a vampire film? I never knew. I knew the character had a disease but never thought it was vampire related. I need to watch it again at some point since you mentioned it.
I love Let the Right One In, Shadow of the Vampire, Only Lovers Left Alive, What We Do in the Shadows (great spin-off tv series too,) and those stupid kids movies Mom's Got a Date with a Vampire and The Little Vampire. 😆 Before the 2000s...Interview with the Vampire, Nosferatu, and The Lost Boys. Did anyone else notice the year 2000 seemed to have a phase with vampires? Lol those two kids movies I mentioned were released within weeks of each other that October, they must have battled for views. Unless they were only released on Disney Channel, can't remember. I'm picky about animation too lol
Gotta love 2000s lol, love the gothic style u have going on,I remember each one of the movies, some were awesome and some not so much lol, thanks for sharing,I subbed,u have an awesome channel
I remember borrowing Nightwatch and Daywatch from my boyfriend several years ago. It is worth watching these films although I'm not a real foreign film fan.
The first underworld movie had all the elements of a epic vampire vs lycan universe. Though I was upset by its weak ending, when the movie had so much potential already building only to have the most fearsome and strong vampire to die in the first. Viktor deserved more.
I rented "Let The Right One In" the Swedish version and it was english dubbed. Anyway have you seen The Hamiltons (2006) and The Insatiable (2007) ? Both are good.
I have seen almost of them . The best Chinese made Vampire film I ever saw is 'Mister Vampire' from 1993, it has a good story, and as it was Produced by Sammo Hung has a lot of howlingly funny stuff . As for 'Ultraviolet', I watched it Dozens of times, it was Vampire as Comic Book Hero, no scares just action . 'Dracula 3000' is a mess, it should have been better but it never tries very hard to be anything at all, when we do get to see Dracula he is a little dweeb . If I could I would like to remake that one .
If someone wants more vampire anime from the early 2000s Hellsing is amazing, better than vampire hunter D, the sound track alone is worth a listen It came out in 2001 and still holds up.
Blood - The Last Vampire from 2000 & The Breed from 2001. Both kinda weird and kinda bad (especially in the case of The Breed), but somehow enjoyable at the same time.
I love SUCK !!! Enjoyed it more than thought I would. Another one I enjoy from 2000s for a budget movie was The Hamiltons. The sequel however was utter shit.
Let The Right One In is one of my favorite vampire movies of all time.
I bought the book soon after watching it and even "liked" the remake.

Thanks lass, I'll give them a wee look.
Your hair, makeup and dress are spot on lovely btw.

Only lovers left alive and The girl that walks alone at night are my favorite gems.
Since both are from 2014, instead of the decade discussed here, it'll be a separate list.

Just found your channel and I find i like it lol
Also I'm surprised I didn't hear mention of Queen of the Damned.
She mentioned it and said she forgot to grab the dvd
She talked about it.

Let the Right One In, Swedish version, is one of the best!
I love van helsing and blade 1,2 and 3, what we do in the shadows was funny as hell, and its a new zealand film 🖤🖤🖤🖤
WHOAH!!!!
How about the GREATEST one of all!
"Only Lovers Left Alive"
This list is still 2000-2009... and that one is from 2014... so it'll be a separate list.
I remember borrowing Nightwatch and Daywatch from my boyfriend several years ago. It is worth watching these films although I'm not a real foreign film fan.
i love let me in
I Sell The Dead is so good.
I loved I Sell the Dead, it's so whimsical and macabre. I'm really surprised that's it's not more well known.
probably the title lol
love your videos, thanks for the recommedation! i love thin type of videos from you! xx
Ever seen Stake Land? Low budget but it has a lot of heart
I got a question what is the movie where there three brother and one doesn’t talk and had to protect a boy from his dad and vampires work the dad
You look beautiful I love what you’re wearing and your hair

That's why they gave him Rise of the Lycans. More Viktor. But they never did Amelia justice.
i have Van Helsing and i,m coming back on Vampire
The Insatiable is a fun movie.
I've actually seen most of these
XO XO MUA DARLING DEAR
Suck is such a great film!
Daybreakers is hilarious, as an Aussie I do have a sweet spot for it though
The Little Vampire 🤘🏻🖤
I rented "Let The Right One In" the Swedish version and it was english dubbed. Anyway have you seen The Hamiltons (2006) and The Insatiable (2007) ? Both are good.
I understand the novel was the way it was but in the movie I am Legend, they’re not vampires. They’re darkseekers, like their own breed of monster.
they're just extremely hyper zombies lol
zny Lol I was just going off what it says
I consider it a zombie movie.
Everyone check out a forgotten 1970 gem put out by paramount...."let's scare Jessica to death"
I have seen almost of them .

Both kinda weird and kinda bad (especially in the case of The Breed), but somehow enjoyable at the same time.
Funnily enough, when I described what I remembered of The Forsaken was actually about The Breed, since I got them mixed up, whoops!
I love SUCK !!! Enjoyed it more than thought I would. Another one I enjoy from 2000s for a budget movie was The Hamiltons. The sequel however was utter shit.
