Ehh, I feel like Thomas has generally been pretty fair about the Canucks throughout the season. It's OK to change your opinion with new data and the team's underlying stats improved vs. last year - frankly I respect someone for this more than sticking to an opinion just to save face.

There was so much media commentary before Game 1 about Edmonton being such a power house and the Canucks not having a chance. I bet a little bit of that made it's way into Silov's head, plus he's never played against McDavid or Drai before and I bet he essentially overprepared vs playing his game. Tonight will be different.
