Awesome debate, This was pleasing to watch how these 4 great minds portrayed their points one by one in a splendid and so articulated way. I would like to watch more of this kind of debates/discussions on judicial system in future too.

ONE IMPORTANT POINT THE PANEL DID NOT DISCUSS THAT NEXUS BETWEEN LOWER - JUDGE & OPPONENT LAWER IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASON FOR DELAY FOR LINGERING THE CASE,I.E., HIGH CORRUPTION IN JUDICIARY.

I have known Justice Srikrishna from the first case he took up on behalf of my Co on a labour matter. His father was a very prominent lawyer in Mumbai.
I have followed Justice Srikrishna in some of his cases. Apart from his legal proficiency, he is a scholar in our ancient mythology and music too.

I feel the system is really shallow. If the legislature does not function, people have no options other than the Judiciary. Poor men never gets justice because good lawyers charge 15 lacs .... The word justice is thus technically tarnished by the existing framework

System don't provide justice volenteerily the remedy to the aggrieved appealants on it's own. The state's obligation to provide its basic duty to the aliviation of the grievances of citizens are left on the mercy of uncertainty. The clients EARN JUSTICE after treading a long torturous journey . The process also requires spending of huge amount of money and time. So we can say ILAAJ TO MARZ SE ZAYADAH BURA SABIT HOTA HAI. So we can say or sing
DEEVANA (litigant) MUJH SA NAHIN IS DHARTI IS AMBAR KE NEECHEY. QATIL (system) HAI MASEEHA MERA, VO AGE AUR MAIN PEECHEY PEECHEY.

"Culture of" ... "India lawyers" ... these are all lame arguments. First, let's accept our Constiution is regressive and unbaked. That's why it needs rebaking all the time, in this part and that. Tax money for judiciary - nothing else. Let's talk now.
