Sure, you can. Just select different Satellite Folder to scan with their respective Diseqc ports.

Change the DiSEqC settings to reflect the DiSEqC port you insert the cable.
* Do same for each TP.
* Select different Satellite name to scan for each Frequency ( TP )

You first have to know the Frequencies of the 2 LNB'S, then adjust the dish to get the primary signal before moving to the other LNB on top. Let me know if it's MultiTv + MyTv ( French channels ).

Without the help of any tool, only one signal have to work. You can't join the cables in a way to get both signal on one Decoder.
