Yes. You'll need a technician to come set it up for you. And yes, they'll need to rescan in order to get the right frequency

Hello sir. Distance is not a barrier. To help you get set up, could you please let me know your location and if you already have a satellite dish installed? If no, the Dish & decoder cost 50k, while only the Decoder is 35k.
Just to clarify, after the first month's free subscription, the monthly fee for SLTV is either ₦2,500 or ₦5,000(depending on your package choice).

Hi. It's unfortunate that I didn't mention the cost of the decoder. For now, the SLTV decoder is not available in stock, hence the price is very unstable. But I reached out to a major supplier & he told me that they're gonna be selling from 31,500. But it shouldn't be more than 35k.

@@EruksTeejay dstv xplora can play and pause because it has a hard disk inside which will start recording as soon as u pause it. Also the hard disk allows caches so that u can rewind and resume anytime.

Subscribed to this SLTV two days ago, up till now NO pictures yet, lost a lot of customers who wanted to watch live matches. I feel like throwing the decoder away. Even though DSTV is now expensive, i think i will go back to them, at least they dont have this " general issues of subscription 😡😡

No because it isn’t free to air. But I learnt it can also be used for free to air. Emmanuel Tv works only on free to air decoders.
