That extra step your willing to take to satisfy the customer and make the job more esthetic it what makes you guys special. Congrats!
Excellent as always! Attention to detail especially with the radio kit color. I wish I had a cool car for an install from you guys.
Great Job Chaps. Job well done as usual. Thanks so much for the skill and knowledge. You guys rock!! @5staraudio
Good call on the trim color, the black looks much better 👍
The black looked much more factory than the silver. Great video
Thanks guys.
Are you guys going to do a review on the Pioneer Pioneer DMH-WT8600NEX I am thinking about putting it in my Tacoma. You guys do the most thorough reviews! Thanks
Do you ever do resistance test on the soldered wires to verify good connection?
Back in Black was a good call, and those two conductors that were too short that needed extending by a few inches? Brave/honest move including that. You really have begun to nail the intros btw. Consistent and short. Of course I fall in with the crowd of preferring one long Installer Diaries instead of Part X of Y. Oh well, I'm sure you've found it works best for you and your schedule while consistently rolling out content. I've always wondered how Paul and the customer gets compensated for the extra time service takes when being filmed...
Awesome install guys. QUESTION!! I have this same head unit going into a RF 3Sixty.3 DSP and when I set it up it said max volume was 36 out of 40. Are you 100% sure that it can be turned all the way up with NO distortion? I am using the USB input and RCA outputs. Thanks Dean and Fernando!!
Evilthx I have the same issue with my Kenwood but it clips on my smd dd1 at 29 of 40
@@chrislee4946 I literally had no built in enhancements on, all EQ's flat, Balance and Fade at 0. I used RF's setup disc via USB to set everything.
What do you guys do with the extra length of wire left over from the mic or gps antenna or xm antenna when you have a short run.
Wow Very nice. Guys
Dean my Kenwood ddx 8905s according to my smd dd1 with everything flat shows distortion at 29 of 40 with 0 dB test tone with smd cd disc. Everybody says the Kenwoods don’t distort so I’m wondering why mine is showing clip so soon. It’s an excelon with 5v pre outs. Idk what I have to be doing wrong. Yes gains are all the way down on amps
The part I don’t understand is why there’s people disliking your video? You guys do quality work and do exactly what you are supposed to do but there’s always someone who has to nitpick something. Just don’t understand 🤦♂️ there was nothing to dislike about this video
I'm convinced most of the thumbs down are from actual customers who perceive some kind of problem on their purchase/service that wasn't satisfied how they think it should've been. Sour 🍇
Dean did you just add this video ?
Have y’all done a Porsche before?
What's the best 10 inch sub for small car
Skar are some pretty good subs
Black bezel looked better.
Hotrod Beetle.
all this mess just for a new radio and speakers, unbelievable
Did you miss the RF amp?
meticulous!
