Battle Master: Kyuukyoku no Senshitachi - Level 4 Normal mode (Rammaru)

Playing on Snes9x emulator.
Speed settings is slow.
Beat the game again with no continues but no endling credits doe, I'll try get the game credits if I had to try hard mode next time. It plays like Street Fighter 2 but even better :)
