I played Command and Conquer on my windows 8 laptop, though without any mods. This game should work on most computers with windows 7 or 8. I have not tried with windows 10 though. The only problem is online multiplayer, because the server is no longer supported as this is a very old game, like from 2001 I think. You could still play on LAN, or using a VPN to get around it.

I just want to know this; my desktop is 8 years old. When I install 1.85 or 1.86 it is giving me an error (Technical Difficulties). And I saw same error when I had spammed like 70 raptor. I wonder is it about my computer is bad or another thing? (And I don't need to play online)
Hmmm I don't know why it does not run on your laptop. It runs on mine with windows 8. Have you tried using compatibility mode for Windows XP or Windows 7 on your laptop with this game? It usually works for old games like. I play a lot of old games on laptop and using compatibility mode works for most. Logically if Zero hour works this mod should too. I never tried this mod myself but it should work just like the original game.
