Are you sure that it’s 100°C? I just tried this recipe, but after 50 min it’s still completely liquid, so I’m trying it again at 180°. 🤞
Is the oven temperature 100°C?
I just tried it at 100 and it didn’t cook at all, so I’m trying again at 180°

Ay nako… I had no idea there was lard in the pie. I’ve bought a few slices from my local Filipino bakery, but I’m a vegetarian. 😩

@@simplev8072 But the bakery is likely to use the traditional recipe unless they’re selling a specifically vegetarian version, aren’t they?
Usually its vegetable shortening in commercial bakeries. Don't stress about that.
