Worked a season as a ski lift operator, you'd think there would be a lot more accidents or crazy things that could go wrong during a ski season than what actually happen. I think 99.9999% of any injuries on a ski lift happen are just awkward beginners getting on the lift or getting off the lift (where there isn't a 20-30 foot fall involved). The thing nobody really thinks about (unless you've been trained to operate a lift) is the potential horror of a miles long giant high tension steel cable snapping and the bloodbath that would ensue. Considering how much time, effort, and resources a resort puts into maintenance and repair of a lift, the conditions for that to happen are close to non-existent. A negligence lawsuit because of ski lift disrepair would likely shut down a resort, so they have lots of incentive to keep things running safely.
My brother went to Radical Heaven. He drowned in a vat of SoBe Lizard Fuel trying to win Jimmy Eat World tickets... Still the best MTV spring break ever.
They've accepted their vtuber fates. Time for a debut video. Thanks for all the great videos and streams this year! We really appreciate you all adapting to the year and continuing to give us a great break from all the chaos.
Atlus snowboarding game and no Jack Frost cameo? What the hee-ho? I suppose it does have that SMT edge by having preteen kids forced to do tricks for coins to buy weapons and crush each other with.
Snowboard Kids 1 and 2 were my jam. Back in the day, I use to laugh at all the cool kids playing 1080 Snowboarding. I mean who is more radical, Kensuke Kimachi or Linda?
Happy New Year boys! Have an incredible New Year with your families! Thanks for continuing to give us great content, hearing your voices is always like hearing familiar friends. Also, I have fond memories of renting big nose kids with my friends way back when. This takes me back.
This was almost the very first episode in Continue? history to not have Nick (well, half an episode). Alas, he returned, so the wait continues. A wait that only exists because he's the only member of the crew who's been in every single episode.
At first, I thought this was that "Snowboarding" game where you go to a shop and it was ran by a bear and if you didn't have enough money, he was say "Don't Have Enough Money". But I can see this is a different game, damn that"Mandella Effect". Anyway, wishing you guys a very Happy New Year. :)
This was a weekly rental for my cousin and I growing up. Definitely a diamond in the rough for me. I always thought it was a crime it never came to virtual console.
The final true super-super-ultimate race in this game is against a ninja with more stats than you who plays perfectly, and the other 2 racers deliberately stay behind you no matter how slow you go so they can pummel you with items nonstop and help their ninja friend win. It is absolute misery and after 2 days of nonstop attempts as a kid I never did beat it.
Oh man I've been wanting to do some snowboardkids vs with retroarch and I think this is my sign. Are you guys planning to check out SBK2? It adds a ton of cool new stuff like more tricks, customizable boards and track hazards
Still a great game and one of the best fun racers in my opinion. The music is SO awesome, too! But I always wondered how in the world Linda is just eleven or twelve years old with those triangles.
Wish they would of voted for 2 instead of 1. It's so much better in evey way. Love this game series and play it at least once a year for the chill music
This and Snowboard Kids 2 (which I think is better) were 2 of my favorite racing games back in the day. Used to rent this all the time and recently got to replay them via emulation (don't arrest me). I wish a ton of these N64 games could get online play, I kind of feel bad for the younger generations who will never get to experience these couch co-op games.
I've played this game since I was 6 years old and it's incredibly painful to watch them not know how to cut corners XD Edit: By the way if you want to cut corners just pull slightly down on the joystick as you turn, it makes you turn muuuuuuuch sharper.
every year when it snows i try to find all the best snow games... never played this but yea IT'S TRICKY THOUGH!! this year it's Bully & Monster Hunter: FU.
dude this game was so dope. Snowboarding kids 2 was sick too. We played it when we were kids & mastered it. The battles were so intense, the items we're so rad. Once we figured out the DXM & Coriciden CC we went full interdimensional on this game. You guys must've missed this gem- maybe a lil too over the ski lift for dis shizz?. 3 player doesn't do this game justice- but tricky? really?
OH YOU LOUSY BOYS The vtuber comment made me laugh way harder than I should have lol Also I can't imagine this game's controls holding up for me either even if I liked it as a kid
This is one of those games that gets me stoked just seeing the thumbnail. I played this game constantly as a kid... a snowboard kid.
Happy New Year my favorite people!
Happy new year!!
2020? Game over.
Happy New Year to the best Lousy Boys on the internet. Much love, guys!
Snowboard Kids was a favorite of mine back in the day.
This game is GOAT’d on the N64. It made for many a memorable Sunday afternoon with friends.
This year sucked but continue continues to rule
Nostalgia overload here, I wore out a couple 64 controllers playing this when I was little

As a kid I was convinced my friend only popped this game in to make me leave his house. Then he’d boot up Zelda or something
This game is super fun multiplayer, what scared you away ?
"We're a real trio, aren't we guys?" No you're THE trio. Continue? FOREVOR!
My brother went to Radical Heaven. He drowned in a vat of SoBe Lizard Fuel trying to win Jimmy Eat World tickets...

This was my favorite N64 game as a kid! Great to see it again!
Atlus snowboarding game and no Jack Frost cameo? What the hee-ho?

This was legit a favorite of mine.
YES! Love this game. So good
Yes! I've wanted you to play this game for years, one of my favourites.
I really hope they figure out how to cut in this episode.... you just pull back diagonal to turn sharper...
nope
@@timmer919hep It's too bad. The game has really tight controls for an N64 game once you know what you're doing.
@@DarkKnightTrinity maybe when they get around to snowboard kids 2 they'll figure it out
I've never played this game, but that was my first instinct watching them play (the moment kind of reminds me of Wave Race)
You guys are still on fuego with the show! This was great right from the start!
Snowboard Kids 1 and 2 were my jam. Back in the day, I use to laugh at all the cool kids playing 1080 Snowboarding. I mean who is more radical, Kensuke Kimachi or Linda?
Listening to Nick Lose His Mind in anger at 11:06 was the highlight.
The EXTREEEEME version of the Toys R Us kids
Happy New Year boys! Have an incredible New Year with your families! Thanks for continuing to give us great content, hearing your voices is always like hearing familiar friends.

this is one of those games that if you played it as a kid - its immediately memorable and nostalgic

god i forget about the Snowboard kids games and then get reminded of them not long after. What a great racer to go up against mario kart on the N64.

hilarious as always can't think of a better way to end or start the year
This was a weekly rental for my cousin and I growing up. Definitely a diamond in the rough for me. I always thought it was a crime it never came to virtual console.
yo, these boys are LOUSY
Special new year's shout out to the new member of continue: NO ENTRY!
Out of all the times I've played this game, I've never checked the multiplayer options and never knew you could change the laps / shop options.
Yessssss love this game and its music
Man Paul you were Sean Whiting it! Couldn't take my eyes off your corner of the screen. It was hypnotic.
I got bonked in the head by a ski lift.
Traumatizing
My brother and I used to rent this and 2 all the time at Blockbuster. Atlus games are always rare and nice to see. Good memory
I needed this I was falling a god-damn sleep at my desk.
Wake the fuck up
Snowboard Kids is one of the great friendship destroyers of the late 90s.
Never heard of this game, i still love the N64. Happy Gaming, Happy New Years !
Have this gem in my new years playlist
Can confirm: drinking can happen at a ski lodge.
Josh is the big brother we always wish we had.
1:46 I gotta agree with josh's mom
KIDS SAYING YAY

Paul absolutely dominated in this game. Also, if anyone is interested in what the Philly accent sounds like, listen to when they say "goofy" haha

This and the sequel are some of my favorite N64 games. I like this more than Mario Kart 64 and I don't even care who knows it.
You guys should check out Alundra. I bet you'd like it just from it's intro.
That is def on our list of future games to play. May have to wait for a certain fall season month, though...
@@ContinueShow CERTAIN FALL SEASON MOOOOONTH *gentle leaves drift down to Doom Eternal sountrack*
It's certain fall season month, everybody.
Yes, you do get better items if you are in 3rd or 4th place.
Oh no, not Dizzyland. That level is tough as nails. Can't wait to see what happens.
Still a great game and one of the best fun racers in my opinion. The music is SO awesome, too!
But I always wondered how in the world Linda is just eleven or twelve years old with those triangles.
Continue?live, guys, make it happen. Then have a 3d concert.
Wish they would of voted for 2 instead of 1. It's so much better in evey way. Love this game series and play it at least once a year for the chill music
Aw man I always wanted to play this game! (too lazy to sort out emulation for N64 on mac)
Great video!
I rented the heck out of this one
Love these lousy lousy boys
Oh no, they found me out! Back to my tub-based lousy boy vids...
Lousy Boys, unite! It will be... you know, not great...
For some reason, the rules are just different on the mountain.
please bring back The Lousy Boys
Best game best soundtrack.
Paul wasn't lousy... my reason for being here
Hahahaha josh actually sounds like a snowboard kid
Snowboard Kids 2 when?
I've only played the sequel but I love it.
The Night Highway took Nick, what were the odds?
Guess Nick just gave -a Game Over- up...

Almost like you could tilt your analog stick in such a way to make your character lean and turn sharper...hmm
The soundtrack reminds me of ALF for some weird reason.

After the feet pics idea, I suggest you guys do a collab with NakeyJakey (if you'd want to. He's pretty cool)
every year when it snows i try to find all the best snow games... never played this but yea IT'S TRICKY THOUGH!! this year it's Bully & Monster Hunter: FU.
Guys please play ssx tricky holy shit
Dynamite Cop for dreamcast

Why does Paul sound so different?
Encino Nick’s pretty cool
NO ENTRY
I genuinely hate to be that guy... but ya'll should really check out Snowboard Kids 2. SO many quality of life improvements!
My favourite vtubers!
OH YOU LOUSY BOYS
The vtuber comment made me laugh way harder than I should have lol

SBK2 was even better!!!
Absolutely not
@@The_Crooked_Step well, alright
So, after some time with 2020, what did you guys think?
|GAME OVER| |GAME OVER| |GAME OVER|
snowboard kids 2 is better in every way, except music its about equal, but I played a decent amount of this before that one came out.
How are they playing this game? Can you really play n64 games remotely from your own homes?
