My uncle got me into continue? years ago and I loved it. Haven't watched in a bit and catching up on old episodes (and new ones) are really getting me thru a tough time. Thank you for the content boys, never stop !
This was a really cozy episode. (...and not just because of the scarves.) Just the guys having fun playing a charming old N64 game with bopping music while exchanging their usual combo of banter, affectionate shit talk, references, memories, and miscellaneous Continueisms. Episodes like this make me really glad you guys do what you do week after week. Keep it up!
I remember renting this game as a kid and the save file on the cartridge had both devil Damien and Mr. Dog unlocked already. ten year old me truly won the jackpot that weekend. Fun game and fun to watch you guys play it!
Parents in the 90s made the worst lunches. I used to trade away the bologna and miracle whip soaked wonder bread away, and just eat the wilted iceberg lettuce and limp tomato off my sandwiches. I told my mom I just wanted a salad or vegetables and she said NO because that’s not “enough food” and pointed to the food pyramid. They really had our parents thinking us kids needed more wonderbread than vegetables.
glad to see you guys like this game now. the first one is great too but the second game is definitely the superior one, and once you learn to play it right it's a great game. It's not just a worse SSX, it's a kart racer game, and it's super unique, so many great courses on this one too. Awesome game, the cartridge on original hardware is pretty dang choppy though especially in multiplayer, like most 3rd party games.
Serious question: How are they doing online multiplayer for an N64 game? Can emulators do that? I didn't even know online adaptors were put into systems before Dreamcast / PS2
@@ContinueShow Holy shit, I can't even imagine how much of a pain it must be to get this old stuff synchronized for gameplay using new tech The effort is appreciated!
4:07 'We gotta Jingle Jangle problem on our hands, SANTA'S GOIN' NUTS!' Diddy Kong Racing and MK64 spoiled me for other N64 racers. I'm too used to powerups being instantly understandable and every character having their own unique voice.
Yeah, it had more characters and the story mode had more depth than just "we snowboarding for fun and boards lol". But the graphics... I mean it was PSOne compared to N64 so that didn't help, but yeah, the story and the additional characters because it didn't had limitations compared to N64 (though the loading was long as in all PSOne games).
I'm just guessing but, menage a troi? Then the one with zephram cochran actor trying to get into federation but has supersoldiers being discriminated against on a moon prison? Will continue guessing if further riker clips emerge.
''thats not how you spell atlus.''
''no?''
''thats not how you spell rancid''
''no?''
had me laughing so hard

Man, I've been watching these guys since the beginning. They deserve more views and subs! I love rewatching old episodes!
The 'tinue boys have they themselves become Sega channel dads where they've managed to get an N64 game ported to PS1 in 2021😃
"you wanna know how I got these scarves" - the josher
This is one of the most brilliant and underrated comments I've ever seen. "The Josher"? /chef'skiss/
I fucking love the "cover up the mouths with something so we don't have to animate them" bit
Especially when you consider the things they’re substituting actually require more editing than just doing the mouths
Omfg Nick's eyeball poking out the scarf had me cracking up.

The editing was on point this episode. That's my favorite part of Continue!

This is the best Josh show on the internet
One my top 5 favorite N64 games!!! I rented
this so many times at blockbuster and Family Video
That ending animation though *chefs kiss

Ahh yes, the long-standing tradition of Josh not knowing the buttons....even after being told the buttons.
funny as always you guys didn't think a game such as this could have such hilarious bits
I'd just like to shout out Josh's "M-Class Podcast" with a lil'
T R E K B O I S!!!!! Thanks for the Riker drop!
TREKBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYS
I hope that when I die, I spend eternity watching this channel
I liked that Josh just had a giant hat on at the end. That's a total josh move.
Angry cartoon Nick looks like Walter White just before he says "fuck you" to Gretchen.
There are no words for how much I fucking love this game!
that's some real sour grapes talk about mr dog, boys
Another great episode! Also, this Jish Hindersin dude is a great editor. I hope he edits more videos!
This game was my JAM as a kid.
Haha another great way to get out of animating the mouths this week, scarves ON to you guys.
We are all Paul
I hope Riker saying "What the?!" becomes a recurring bit. Gimme all the Star Trek bits. Gimme!
@@Edgemaster72 The bits are adapting to be all Star Trek.
Clone High appears on Continue, that checks off *that* particular intersection.
My man Nick throwin down Weird Al knowledge.
Wednesday is Paul day the day in which we all become Paul

Nice clone high reference. I need to get around to finishing the new season. I watched like the first couple episodes and then forgot about it.
Is this the first time they've played a sequel to a game they already played?
They played both Rygars
Serious question: How are they doing online multiplayer for an N64 game? Can emulators do that?

I didnt know that this was on ps1. I had it on n64. I loved this game!
That PS1 one was released only in Japan and it is based on the first one.
This looks like it was recorded from a 64, rumble pack prompts

Excellent, excellent. Thus the cycle completes.
Ah My favorite editor Jish Hindersin
I still remember unlocking the dragon board (?) for the first time and blowing through the courses with permanent rocket boosters lmao. fun game
I love these games. Or at least I did 25 years ago.
You know, since "Damien" was a Gin, a.k.a. a Demon, I was kinda expecting to hear the theme from "The Omen". LOL
He was a djinn lol, not an alcoholic beverage
Wendy IS the science kid
It's called the Summer of Sports and Music, but it seems like they always play sports games, with no thought given to music games.
I love watching these wondering how they will get away with not animating 🤣
Hey guys great video as always any way
when will yall do a let's play again
do you mean when are they playing in person? they are doing it now
I'm just guessing but, menage a troi? Then the one with zephram cochran actor trying to get into federation but has supersoldiers being discriminated against on a moon prison? Will continue guessing if further riker clips emerge.
I love this channel
Never got a chance to play the sequel since it's so rare. But looks like a ton of fun.
It's rare? Oh man, then I'm glad I have my copy!!
Here because my mom rented this for me ages ago.
I'm always gonna appreciate a Clone High reference
The child in me was PISSED that they kept calling Wendy a boy...she was my GIRL when I played this back in the day.
I used to rent this one from Family Video all the time!
sick clone high reference josh
Love you dudes
That is some good editing by Jish Hindersin?
I was hoping they'd change all the names to Paul at the beginning but then they did something funnier lol
Dr. Demento!!!!
it's the boys
Weezer is dad rock now.
My definition of dad rock is skewed because my dad listened to current rock music when i was a kid so alternative rock was always dad rock to me.
Bring back fantasy fiction.
The games on N64 but you put a playstation controller in the thumbnail. What's my prize?
This is N64 right? Not Ps1.....
Yeah, it's N64. :)
Awesome ♡
nice scarves
CONSIDER BUYING GME
(not financial advice)
Overalls dog is cute I’d get that tatted on my chest dude
