ASUS TUF Dash Model (F15 FX517Z) HDD NOT SHOWING UP ON NEW INSTALLATION??? Quick FIX!
In this fix will be a quick fix to resolve your SSD/HDD not showing up on a new Windows 11 installation.
Quick Fix:
1) Power on PC and press "F2" key and enter the BIOS
2) Go to advanced tab, scroll down to the bottom and disable VMD.
3) Save Changes and exit BIOS
4) To install your Windows 11 just press the "ESC" key on power up and boot off your bootable Win11 USB flash drive you created.
If you need to make one, click on the link below and download the ISO or simply use Windows Media Creation Tool to create your bootable Win11 USB bootdisk, cheers.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, BRO!! I've updated the BIOS, so I won't be able to BOOT Windows (Inaccessible_BOOT_device). I also observed that the Storage section in BIOS was displaying nothing. That fix helped Windows boot again.

You can try removing the battery for 1 minute and second step is finding the "Reset" button or switch/jumpers on your motherboard to reset your BIOS from shorting pins 1&2 and then putting the jumpers back to 2 & 3! If you have no jumper than use a small flat screwdriver to short pins 1 & 2 by just simply touching them at the same time!
