In this video, I will talk about this coastal road and how it will be a big factor that will position Cordova ready for big-ticket projects like the proposed reclamation project of coastal waters of Cordova Bay. I do hope na futuristic and hightraffic interchanges ang mga connector roads. Para dili na basta2 mu hunong ug iwas traffic in the near future. I do hope it would be a futuristic and eco-friendly GREEN city and all mass transportations are available. Kudos ! It would not destroy the image of CCLEX but it would be like a boundary between old and futuristic city.

Share of Government from this Reclamation Project should be use to fund Cebu-Bohol Interisland Bridge. By this, people don't need to shoulder the high toll fees.
Unfortunately, i will get to witness and enjoy all of these reclamation projects in my second lifetime.

For the sake sa mga BAKASI sa Cordova. NO TO THIS PROJECT! It would destroy their habitat. Tngaleg sa text book drawing nalang makita sa future generation na mga Cordobahon ang Bakasi.
Unlikely, mangroves will stay intact. The development also took into consideration its environmental impact. DENR would not issue ECC (Environmental Compliance Cert) if the project did not meet their strict requirements.

Kung ako SM Prime Holdings, mas mo pili pako og palit og yuta sa Mountain Barangays of Cebu City. At least dili kaau destructive ang development kay gi consider na as good as dead ang forested area. Ma decongest pa jd ang Uptown and Downtown Area para mahimo nalang og retail, business and shopping centers. From the time after sa Martial Law, murag nakalimtan ang mga Mountain Barangays sa LGU sa Cebu City og ni focus didto sa lugar nga sure ball mo bayad sa tax, walay sense of future investment ang ato mga leaders.
Mag depende na sa zoning, ang mountainous barangay pwede ra sa residential and agri-residential development. Most area sa atung kabukiran sa sugbu kay part na watershed so dili pwede ang mga business center. Also ang terrain kay lisud tukuran ug dagkung development. Pwede nuon mga subdivisions pareha sa ayala heights sa Manila.

Di man sad siguro ang Pilipinas lang ang involved sa engineering construction, pasabot nimo budget. Kanang CCLEX naay foreign involved pagbuhat, apil sad ang new Cebu Mactan airport. Tan-awa mga video na gi interview mga foreigners uban contractor, mix siguro sa mga pinoy na team, mga foreigner ni guide sa expertise na kulang sa atoa. Sa Luzon sad sa pagbuhat mga prefab construction foreigner sad westerner ang nawong. Katong boring machine sa Japan sa subway guided sa mga japanese. Point ko is budget lang kailangan, naa ba tay teknolohiya ug extreme engineering know how? Naka depende yapon ta sa gawas. Nya mahal ang inter-island bridges kay lawom.

@@milomilo417 Nah Without the land reclamation, the view of ocean from the third bridge is pretty especially during the sunset. This dream might be achieved in the next decade or more like the SRP one. I am pretty sure many people will not be happy about it considering the view of ocean.

Well, I hope this project does not materialize. Mactan Island and Cebu City are already over populated and over polluted. This is more like a greedy economic development than a responsible one. The environment is drowning in TRASH. Let's all help to solve it first.
It would give jobs and opportunities. How can it be greedy??
You cannot stop progress, the growing cebuano population needs more job opportunities.
