Morning before 10 am we should have heavy meals and night before 6pm we should have our dinner this is what ayruvedha saying and our grand fathers followed. 3 times meal is for hard working people only i means like farmers . Night meal should be lighter and that too before 6 pm . This is the basic principle and should not drink water for 90 min after eating.
