- Glamp Review's Ep. 13 - We visit Talona Ridge RV Resort in East Ellijay Georgia. In this episode - Talona Ridge had an RV show with Open Roads RV - North Georgia Mountain RV Show. We got a Grand Tour of Talona Ridge RV Resort with one of the owners Wes Henderson. This campground is at The Gateway to the North Georgia Mountains! North Georgia Mountain views are spectacular here! Best RV Resort in the North Georgia Mountains / Best Camping in North Georgia!
When we arrived we asked for a tour of the upper area of the Campground named "Eagle Crest" which was closed off to the RV show. Surprisingly we were met with a personal private tour with one of the owners Wes Henderson. He took us on a guided tour around Falcon Ridge and Eagle Crest; names of the two of the three tiers of camping areas. Wes gave us some valued information in this video and shed some light about the campground. This was an unplanned tour which is kind of raw and just real and un-staged which took it on a personal level !
This campground is one of those that really stands out with the understanding it's beyond the spectacular views and amenities but the over all experience! Talona Ridge kept little things in mind like the ease of maneuvering large rigs with extremely large and spacious sites! Their Marine Grade water & power pedestals are unmatched, we have never seen anything like these before!
Our over all fist impression? - Just simply amazing! Amazing enough that we have decided after making this documentary to come back and camp to give more insight that this campground much deserves. There is no doubt as to why this campground is so popular!

Awesome video! Was great to get the raw details directly from the owner including what is to come. We have camped at this campground and just loved it , one of our favorites … can’t wait for the restaurant and new pool to open. We go back Memorial Day weekend and so exited. Keep up the great work!
