when DooSik said "what we always do" i think it means you'll be the shield (like use his body like a shield like what they did during their russia mission) so that's why Juwon shielded Mihyun when Dooshik played like shooting her. because Juwon knows Dooshik treasures his knife when he gave it to Mihyun, it's a symbol how he important she is to him.

The production team made sure from the beginning, flight skills and scenes MUST LOOK COOL, so they chose a cool looking actor that knows how to make flight scenes cool. And they achieved it.

look up the cognitive bias called cross race effect/bias. basically what he said but it's from not enough encounters with other certain ethnicities. these guys are better than most other reacters though. one of the reasons i'm glad for the korean wave is for things like this. constant exposure to korean and other cultures will make the world a better place in the long run.
So what? I am Korean and I cannot distinguish Japanese, Chinese, Moglian from Korean. Some people are obvious but some people aren't. A friend of mine has lived in the states for over 40 years and he does not distinguish Paul Walker, Chris Hamsworth, Scott Eastwood, and Chris Pine. No big deal. 😜

It’s natural that for example my white or black friends had issues distinguishing Asian actors or celebrities in general. It’s the exact same way with Asians on black and white folks. They also got issues distinguishing Matt Damon and Mark Wahlberg or Sam L Jackson and Danny Glover. These differences seem as obvious to us as for Asians the differences in the “Moving” cast. Anyone who makes a big deal out of this is ridiculous. No one can blame you or anyone for not memorizing facial patterns of a group of people you never met. But it will come with time and you already got better as you watch more content. Cool reactions.
