  • Are you tired of worrying about whether your plants are getting enough water? Say goodbye to dry spells and wilting leaves with our Automated Plant Watering System!
With our step-by-step guide and easy-to-follow instructions, you can create your very own automated plant watering system right at home. Using simple components like a moisture sensor, pump, and microcontroller, you'll learn how to monitor your plant's soil moisture levels and water it automatically when needed.
But the benefits don't stop there - our project also includes a nifty notification feature. Receive email alerts when it's time to refill the water reservoir or if any issues arise, ensuring your plants are always well cared for, even when you're away.
Installation is a breeze - simply insert the moisture sensor into the soil and attach the device to the side of your pot. It's a compact and lightweight solution that can be powered either by batteries or a wall socket, offering flexibility for any environment.
And the best part? All plans and programs for our DIY Automated Plant Watering Project are completely free to download! Join us in creating a thriving oasis of greenery in your home or garden.
Say goodbye to watering woes and hello to healthier, happier plants - start your DIY journey today! Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more fun projects and creative ideas. Happy tinkering! 🌱💧

    Very cool ideas and design!
I just completed a similar project with an Arduino. I used a n-mosfet as a switch to power a 12V pump on a timer. I will look into using a moisture sensor, waterlevel sensor and a raspberry pi for my next project.

The mosfet is a better solution.
Im already working on Version 2 where I use a mosfet as well and a customer pcb for it. I hope to post that soon.

I mean this is a cool idea... but it costs about seven cents to put a wick cord through the drainage hole in a pot and into a reservoir of water.

And who reminds me to fill the Reservoir? Catcher my drift? 😅
Im very lazy and forgetfull. So I need stuff to be Automated 🤣
