Whether you like it or not this is a beautiful talented woman that has reached a height of success that is only unimaginable to your average person . Struggling with obesity isn’t a sign of laziness but a sign of addiction . And like any other addiction whether it be drugs or alcohol it’s very hard not to get indulged into when times are hard . But to see a person that is obviously trying to attain a healthier lifestyle and is inspiring other people to love themselves for who they are is rare these days as most of these influencers on social media don’t and only show you that they let there insecurities take over them as most get surgery which proves the opposite of what lizzo is trying to prove and it’s sickening to watch . It’s funny how people jump quick to praise the next girl with a bbl or plastic surgery but are quick to shame natural everyday bodies . In order to get physically healthy you need to get mentally healthy and if you don’t love and appreciate yourself right now and keep stressing yourself over not being a particular size you’ll drain yourself mentally which would not even help with setting foot in the gym . She looks like lots of heavy girls I know. Very pretty face and comes across as very caring . But that comes with the reality of being morbidly obese. The one thing nobody likes to talk about is the personal hygiene issue. As someone who has been this large before, I can tell you it is virtually impossible to stay fresh when you are this kind of size. Everything you do creates sweat build up. With lizzo being a super famous celebrity I have no doubt she has state of the art bathing facilities but that can only go so far. Even if she washes 5 times a day it won't prevent her problems. Being obese has problems nobody ever talks about like greasy hair, bad breath, terrible bathroom habits.... the list is endless.
Stop glorifying this horrible way of life. Its hell.
