do you think this process would still work well if I also dyed my roots dark brown? I have light roots and would like them to be darker with the red but still for the red to work.

I want to go back to a darker color. I had a color correction done 2 years ago and the stylist bleached my hair so when I color it red, my entire head is red. How can I get the dark color close to my scalp but still keep the red on the ends?

Hi:) Does the loreal hicolor hilights magenta come out brighter with the 30 volume developer? Do you see any difference in the color outcome between the 30 volume developer and the 20 volume developer? You begin timing it after you have applied the dye right? (And not when you begin applying it?) Thank you so much for the wonderful and informative video as always:)

i have dark brown roots and bleached towards the ends. it was colour treated with ombre & balayage. i want to go burgundy instead of remaining blonde bleached. my hair stylist says she will apply burgundy hair dye all over my hair. since it is going to be applied full solid colour,will i stilk achieve the balayage effect due to my existing balayage hair?

So like for this hair color you used 1 part of the manic panic pink and 1 part ion colors red? But then you used magenta and protein filler. I'm so confused. How do I get the color you have? I like how it's the perfect shade of red that's not to bright or too dark either. Then you said you use a permanent color red all over the hair.
There's no need to worry about overlapping with this hair dye?
