Love your videos, down to earth and like visiting in the kitchen. :) Hubby bought the mandolin pampered chef for me after i showed him your video. It is awesome and works great. Being a bit older, I have trouble with the other mandolin I have but I can absolutely use this even when he is not home to help me. Keep up the good work!
Really nice veggies to try, you always give me the best ideas for Hubbie's n my low carb menu! One thought... I kept thinking you might try turning the pusher with the longer side down (?) ... from here it looked like it would follow down into the shute further, but it might just be view from here. You are looking extra lovely tonight my friend - I so enjoy visiting in your kitchen with you, thank you for sharing 😊🙏
