Its good to document and share your journey. It is inspiration to see your grind. Half the time I feel like im just in a rut working at my current position. Im also on my company's Service Desk team but they started me out as a Tier 2 technician since ive been in it for 5 years at the time. After getting into the company they told me about 3 months in that they are going to have me be Admin for our ServiceNow instances so ive been doing this HelpDesk/SN Admin hybrid role for the last 3 years. Its been hard to balance both Admin work and Help Desk tickets since tier 2 the harder tickets usually get routed to me. I havent done much admin work as our frontline duties tend to take priority. Im ready to get out of SD all together. Im keeping up the grind and going for my CAD start of 2024!
