Strikers 1945 1-ALL (Bf-109)

I'm back with some more Psikyo! This time it's the first game in the Strikers 1945 series, a game I've been meaning to clear since reaching 1-8 during TRP-STGT late last year. It took much longer than I expected (the first four stages really drive me crazy) but I managed to do it at last, and I'm very satisfied with how well this run went.

Dang son, any idea why you have so many views on this compared to your other Psikyo?

This, my Sexy Parodius 1CC, and my Battle Garegga 1CC have by far the most views of any of my vids; not too clear why myself, but TH-cam's video analytics tools paint a partial picture. The viewership has grown pretty steadily over time, no sudden spikes. Much of it comes from suggested videos or searches for the game itself, so I think I just got lucky with search rankings/recommended videos.

Woah I don't remember the big train comes at 0:18 from the left. How did you activate that?

Super late reply, but to activate that train, when you enter the stage don't shoot, and hover over a specific tree until the train appears. Exactly what tree it is depends on when this stage appears in the random stage order. The train itself is a reference to the train stage in Gunbird.

Truth in reality, a lot of the aircraft featured in this game minus the bosses and alien elements actually existed in real life as prototypes or concept designs.
There are exceptions though. The Battleship Kii is obviously based off the Yamato.
