I loved this kit when I first sawJoanna sharing the pictures in clay. Last year, I allowed myself to purchase only one kit and this was the one I choose. I’m so excited to have this kit! The facial expression and legs are what caught my eye. I like that the legs were sculpted to include the entire thighs. I don’t like it when standing kits are sculpted where the thighs are cut off mid length. I agree, this kit seems to be about 1 to 1 1/2 years old. Is it just me? I couldn’t figure out which was the front of the body.
Lol! I’ve put the bodies on backwards before and realized what I was doing and corrected it! But yeah I see her as an early 1 year old, at least that’s what age I will say mine is
I love the sculp but her size is that of a 6 to 7 month baby and most babies do not stand at that age and if they do it is for a very short time and not without help. I was hoping she would be about 9 month size. I like my reborns to be realistic
This was my exact problem with this kit I was so looking forward to ordering her until I saw the size I feel like if she was just a little bigger and more of a realistic size for standing she would be perfect
I also got myself some plugs - not sure what was I thinking but yes, I have plugs 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Do you use those, Serenity? Could I please make a request for a membership live? Plugs and head ring for a smooth movement. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

But I pushed through & pre ordered her anyways . I saw a lot of sandies already lol , I was like dang okay yall 😂

Lol Have you seen people actually using the legs temporarily on their other sculpts to make them stand? And they use a skeleton. I’m going to message you, would love to hear your opinion and tips about inner skeleton. Missed you lady. I am still catching up here ❤️❤️❤️
Hey just came across your Channel as I'm painting Sandie as well. U mentioned the hands being shiny mine is the same and I washed her and didn't make any difference ..I did put a layer of Matt varnish on there but unfortunately my varnish isn't the best . I'm working with air dry paints . Did u have any issues with it after or any way of getting that shine out ?

Same here. Way too small for a standing kit. They also love sculpting tiny heads. Toddlers have big heads irl 😕 yeah, just not for me

Yes I use those a lot of the times on my babies. They are nice to have…I don’t use the neck rings as much…but they are nice

I use Genesis heat set and a little but after matte varnish they do fine.
