What if my company processes payroll and I also provide Leave mgmt services. LMS doesn't have any financial data however it impacts the financial statement. Will LMS come in scope.

Basis your client needs, you may need SOC 1 report for processing payroll just like ADP.
Though if you are providing just Leave management services to any of your client then your client may not require SOC1 as you are just processing leaves. In this case your client would ask for SOC 1 from the service provider who is providing payroll processing services.
