The National Disability Insurance Scheme has changed the lives of thousands of Australians - and it has also proven to be a massive money-maker for some big players.
Among them is the Australian Foundation for Disability, also known as Afford, which has seen its revenue skyrocket under the NDIS.
But some families of Afford clients fear its rapid expansion has put safety standards at risk.
