Jingle Bells chill cello version

- I got excited, recorded five Christmas videos on one day, then got sick and didn't have time to edit and post them. So since in some places there is still a holiday on the 6th, 7th or even 14th of January, I am going to use that as an excuse to post this video of Jingle Bells!
I think I came up with a rather chill version of the song. Let me know what you think, and if you are new here, please consider subscribing to support me, it means a lot! Thanks and happy holidays! - เพลง
very pleasing to the ears, thank you for sharing this talent with everyone
Thank you for listening!
An extremely beautiful rendition of the ol' favourite. Love your vibrato especially
Thank you!
Excited indeed! You're just a big kid really, aren't you? Having said which, I think that was the only version of Jingle Bells I ever liked. (Jingle Bells with soul. Whatever next?) And I hope you don't mind but I mentioned you in a blog post recently when it occurred to me that music must be a strong component of the Russian soul. Not that I know you're Russian, of course, but your name sounds Russian to an Anglo-Saxon ear. And I hope you're feeling better now. I'm sure we all do.
Aren’t we all in a way? :) Christmas songs can be terrible because they are so overused you end up hating them. But as I associate them with the time of the year, I still like them - in small doses. Although you could argue recording five of them in a row is not a small dose.
I am Russian, but I would say music is a big part of any culture, it’s the use that is very distinct for each one. Do not mind at all about the blog, could you send me a link though? I’m curious.
And I do feel better, thanks!
It’s only a brief mention in the third paragraph of the post. It’s just that Russia - and by implication, Russians - are getting a bad press at the moment because of the Ukraine business. I’m sure that’s unfair to Russians, so I like to redress the balance if I get the opportunity. The post is here: jjbeazley.blogspot.com/2023/12/more-meanderings-and-mug.html Two other small points:
1. You look so focussed, serious, and almost sad when you play. Do you think you might consider adding a few extra seconds at the end so you can give us all a smile? 2. Where did you learn to speak and write such impeccable English? 3. In order to reply to comments in both Cyrillic and Latin script, I assume you need two keyboards?
Sorry to interrupt your day…
