I'm completed BTech in civil engineering and I applied GATE Architecture and Planning for me civil engineering background which master's in planning course is best for m plan ... because civil is my background and after clearing GATE Architecture and Planning is my future to decide....but I'm interested in m plan in construction management
It you are from civil you can even try for masters in structural design it has really good scope and pay but your choice of construction management is good too but just explore structural design as an options

if he is going to Algonquin he can look apartment's near deer fields and ask him to start looking at facebook market place, A room cost is around 550 to 700 $ in Ottawa as of now and 1 bedroom apartment's will cost around 1200$, don not transfer or give advance to any one without visiting the place.

Ottawa is cheaper than Toronto and Algonquin is better you can move to Toronto after your course
