Whattt? That’s an exaggeration. City suites and citizenM are chain hotels and definitely less than that amount. Green World, raiders plus hotel, meander 1948, etc are all within the city center and much less than 77 too. They are all 3 star hotels fyi Try cities like New York City, sfo, London, Zurich. Now those are actual 1-2 star places
@@content_watcher_only The law is you can't own land. You don't own land when you own a condo. Instead of acting like a schmuck, maybe you should do actual research before making a snide comment. It was 2018 when I bought it. It's still mine since I was there earlier this year. I rent it out most of the time and I continue to receive the money from the rentals, minus fees.
Great job, Everyone. Yes, more content like this would be a great help, as I'm considering moving there next year and scouting a good place to set up camp and venture out from there.
Love the over view of Bambi. Seriously this is pretty nice for $77/M, a bit far from everything but if you do the cooking yourself you can eat healthy and should be fine. My problem would be going to the gym or doing some activities to keep in shape which is very important, specially when you are getting old like me.
$77 a month / Freakin' Amazing. it’s amazing how far the dollar stretches in places like this. Yes it’s a little bit in the country lol but I’m sure it’s absolutely beautiful there. I bet it’s pretty safe in the apartment is decent. The only downfall would be the shower situation which you could easily remedy.
Yes! More content like this. That place is nicer than the apartment in dumaguetti that I was paying $380 for. My question is, how far out into the province is that? Is this a place that if you don't have transportation that you can't really rely on grab or a tuk tuk? And for someone like me who would have to rely on working online is this one of those places that is going to have daily or weekly brow outs? So now you have to add the cost of having solar or a generator etc
It's in Cavite area, 1 to 2 hours away from Manila. I think he said Tagaytay City specifically. We rarely experience brownouts even if there is a typhoon. There's busses, jeepney, tricycle (tuk tuk), angkas/joyride app (motorcycle taxi) and grab available. 😁
Good price for a low budget couple or single guy. Only thing is being so far out from airports, hospitals and entertainment. But if you are a no frills type of guy, healthy with no medical issues it would be an awesome set up. For a few hundred dollars, you could get an on demand hot water heater/shower installed. Great place for the price.
Amazing information.. Just a heads up.. they sell a backpack dog carrier that will make it easy for her to carry the dog and also the dog will be more comfortable. Keep rocking 💪
Having a Mcdo and Jollibee 20 min away is actually good - if it's that far, no temptation to grab some food whenever you want. It's nearly an hour round trip! Better for the diet 😁
I just went and took a friend around apartment hunting today. The cheapest place we found was 899 and it didn’t look as good as what you’re showing for $77. I wouldn’t have stayed there. There’s no way not in that neighborhood and the way the apartment lookedno thank you
I’ll be 59 years old in February so when I finally retire at 62 I’m so out of the USA I’m going to the Philippines either that or of Thailand either way I’m gone and I do not want to live in the city because I know me with all the bars and the girls were next to nothing lol I would get in so much trouble so yeah, signed me up
I would definitely live in a place like that. Great price for someone just arriving in the Philippines to rent for 6 months to a year until you decide where to live at
$100 ALL IN? My goodness. Here in Metro Manila that kind of a unit would cost 2 or 3 times more and it still wouldn't even have a space for parking. That's an absolute steal!
She says Tagaytay area. Taal volcano last caused major problems in 2022. The winds then brought some ashfall towards Batangas mostly. Some towards Manila but reports at the time got confused as the South Metro was actually affected by a separate pollution issue caused by the atmospheric conditions there. Not by Taal. Areas facing the volcano under the greatest threat.
Awesome place! Honestly, you could live a great life out in the provinces. Any idea how much it would cost to build something like that? You could live in one, and rent out three units....😉

Unbelievable. 77 dollars is just a night's stay in a 1 or 2 star hotel in Taipei.

Its in TAGAYTAY CITY. A cool temperate place, 2-3 hours drive from Manila.
I think the man and his wife live in Tagaytay. Not sure where this apartment is. He said it's provincial. Tagaytay is not provincial.
@@saintluke2nd it is provincial. Just like Laguna.

Great video can’t believe it’s only $924/year
Cool!, is it a shared kitchen and laundry? And how far from a shopping and medical?
Tagaytay has one decent Mall and several decent sized groceries. No SM Mall. One fairly nearby in Dasmarinas.
$77 USD is 4545 Philippine Pesos.
Foreigners are not allowed by the law to own a land but they can own a CONDO Unit.
WOW, fantastic space for the price… this could be perfect for a startup home… maybe show some with a pool or some pretty sceanry

Pretty bambi
How about showing bigger places such as three bed houses?
There are many places like that, but it will be far from the main capital cities.
Even for a Filipino living in the province, that is cheap
A furnished loft apartment for 4-5k pesos a month is really cheap. Not dirt cheap, but still really cheap
