Manhari....Its a fantastic place to work....All employees work like a family...Maddy is a great visionary leader and hats off to him...Infact he has created a economy within a bigger economy of Australia... Such an hardworking leader and his DEDICATION, COMMITMENT, HARD WORK is commendable....Strong business ethics with a high focus on customer satisfaction.....All the best Manhari ! ! !
WOW I need a yard like Manhari over here in England! It is a nightmare to get rid of lithium batteries and tyres over here. Happy Christmas Ben, wishing you all the best for the new year and thank you so much again for your contribution to the Scrappers charity Calendar 💜 (Really lovely hamper too, nice touch👍)
C&D stands for construction and demolition. So you can take your old windows for recycling. Glass recyclers in the past wouldn't take sheet glass...only bottles. That is a very nice service to have!!! Also thank you for participating in Everyday Sollers Scrapping and Diving's charity calendar!! ❤ I am a bit jealous, though, because you probably have the sexiest picture in the whole calendar!!! 😍🤑😂
Awesome, so great that you have a place to sell your none board kind of ewaste. Still a challenge here. We have to pay to get rid of monitors and TVs. I have a functional eMac that I tried to sell - sat on the market for months.
have a great xmas ben from the uk🍻🍻 looks like manhari are becoming the only place you need to go (which is a bonus as its your main yard!!) excellent! 🎉🎉
Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you Ben. I believe everyone should recycle all the stuff that manhare is doing thank you sir for sharing this great video with us six stars brother
Congratulations Ben, its great to see you've got such a good scrapyard! Do you think they get government subsidies for that ewaste, or is it actually profitable for them to scrap it out/ship it overseas to get scrapped out?
Solar panels and lithium batteries - I know so many skeptics that will say nothing can be done with this waste, now I can tell them it can be sold for money, awesome.
Very nice development there bud.. Glad to see you have a paying outlet for the stuff you were just having to trash. Wishing you a very merry Christmas from Frozen northern Iowa in the USA.
I get paid for all the tvs and stuff because their is a deposit funded by the state of California. They pay the same for electric motors. The 0lasternoard has something has gypsum inside which is worth recycling but I need that lithium recycling hwre in la.
Merry Christmas Ben & a Happy New Year. Thats Great Manhari sounds like a great place to do Business with. I have also notice how nice the people are when you go there. I wish we had a place here in Michigan.
There's a bit of series on here with Tire Reclaim from guys out in Idaho and he has Tire recycling industry guys on a podcast. There's money in the material but from listening to those guys I think a lot of the money here in the states is actually charging for picking up/cleaning up so still pretty wild to me.
Plasterboard has a use in being ground up for new board. Gypsum board can also be ground up for soil additives, so they might have contacts in the construction supply industries, etc.
It's great to know that you can get rid of your monitors at the scrap yard and get paid for taking them here in the UK we have to try and sell our tv and monitors otherwise we have to pay £25.00 each item for the council to take them away and the bigger the item so the price to take them away goes up. Have a Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year Ben.
Paying people for tyres and plasterboard etc is a fantastic way of cleaning up the surrounding area. If you're a scrapper and you see a couple of tyres and know that you can get paid for taking them, why wouldn't you? This is progress
Monitors have only small boards and lots of plastic waste that would be a pain to get rid off. This way he gets a bit of money for them but doesn't have to spend the time to scrap them out so he has more time for higher value work.
That is awesome. We need places like that here .

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎉
Wow, hats off to Manhari, a great Australian company founded by immigrants from India, living the dream!
@22:13 watch how fast a town cleans up, when incentivized to scrap everything they see.

I'm really glad you're staying busy and you've got a lot of pickups! I would have grabbed one of those E macs for sure.
That's good to get a little extra for the eWaste. Best wishes for the holidays. Cheers from Loveland, Ohio
Happy holidays Ben from Canada.
Under glass C & D I think it stands for construction and demolition.

@@sharkscrapper Are we all going to start stacking windows and tires in the back 40 in anticipation? 🤣

great video merry xmas ben
merry christmas ben
@15:32 i believe blue glass is the most valuable. though some glass may contain gold and silver. "fumed" ?
I would be buying ewaste as non-ferrous shred as well. Since you are a good client who promotes them, they will give you a premium gift box.
Nice info Ben!!!
Congratulations Ben, its great to see you've got such a good scrapyard! Do you think they get government subsidies for that ewaste, or is it actually profitable for them to scrap it out/ship it overseas to get scrapped out?
Good News. Stay awsome
getting money for used plasterboard is crazy.
Solar panels and lithium batteries - I know so many skeptics that will say nothing can be done with this waste, now I can tell them it can be sold for money, awesome.
Happy Christmas ben love your videos from England

Thank you Ben, have a merry Christmas and a happy new year
Merry Christmas Ben!
I imagine they will be getting money from the government to help them do this. Great video as always
Very nice development there bud.. Glad to see you have a paying outlet for the stuff you were just having to trash. Wishing you a very merry Christmas from Frozen northern Iowa in the USA.
@15:52 if they pay for glass, would it be worth taking apart old bulb tvs and monitors now?
No as that glass is contaminated with lead phosphor, different stuff
I wish my scrap yard would just give me a fair price. Manhari come to Queensland cheers Graham
I've always sold my monitor stand on eBay when the monitor itself breaks. They always seem to sell for a decent price.
Cool one day soon it will happen ever where .they need the coper and gold .great video ben .happy Christmas
Okay thank you

We need another week in the life long video 😂
Clear and Dark glass
Merry Christmas Ben & a Happy New Year. Thats Great Manhari sounds like a great place to do Business with. I have also notice how nice the people are when you go there. I wish we had a place here in Michigan.
The plasterboard and the tires are really weird. What for they would recycle those things?
not sure of plasterboard but tyres could be re-treaded I guess

That is awesome to see ........... Thumbs Up
Hey there.
@@americasfavoritehoarder Hey
Yeah, its the same rate as scrap steel, but you don't throw it in as scrap steel.
nice
Who would buy scrap tyres? Maybe all this is city/go'vt stimulated?
Yayyyy
Great video my friend
its funny, my local scrap yard takes e-waste, but its half the price of scrap steel...
so most of the e-waste goes into the steel pile.
AWSOME BUD👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice scrap run. Nice gift box. Have a great holiday
That'll make street scrapping alot more interesting 👍
Nice advance in recycling. Glad to hear it and to see another video from E-Waste Ben.
Paying people for tyres and plasterboard etc is a fantastic way of cleaning up the surrounding area. If you're a scrapper and you see a couple of tyres and know that you can get paid for taking them, why wouldn't you?

glass C=clear and D=dark
Good news for you mate
Not worth it to scrap em out and sell the boards?
Nope
@ as opposed to giving away for free? I can’t imagine that but maybe
Monitors have only small boards and lots of plastic waste that would be a pain to get rid off. This way he gets a bit of money for them but doesn't have to spend the time to scrap them out so he has more time for higher value work.
Hell no. So much garbage for a tiny board.
@ I live in Buffalo, you work for the town or city or something?
Insane they're taking CRT's in turn for some cash. wow!
Price of ram per kg ?
my price.. $30 kg but going up
Printers, phones and monitors. Always the lowest value vs time to scrap out with so much plastic waste. Good on ya!
C&D = Construction and Demolition. From building demo.
