@Tony Duncan I hope that's true. It does seem like a lot of moderate democrats are able to rationalize the obscenities in the media, the unconstitutional policies the left promote, and will do enough research to learn Trump has been far better for Americans than any democrat president. But there are people out there who differ in opinion whom concern me, for example here's an anecdotal example: I'm 25 and have a close friend who's in his 50's, he's a nice, intelligent and a generous guy but the word "republican" or "Trump" will literally drive him crazy. He lives in a small right leaning town and has recently been cursing people out in the street, at the grocery store etc. Because he sincerely believes republicans deny the existence of the corona virus since "Trump indoctrinated everyone to think it was a hoax". He only watches MSM and refuses to read any other source or research study I share with him. Don't even get him started on corporations or Wall Street. Ironically he's a successful small business man who recently retired from the trades working as a mason. But he literally can't wrap his mind around the fact that his taxes were cut, his stocks are doing much better and the overall benefits Trump has brought to the average worker are far more than any recent president. He thinks any positive outcome came as a belated gift from Obama. He considers me as his son but even if I respectfully google and debate his claims he'll become violent. To me, It's a sincere and even a visceral example of how progressive left ideology can turn a successful kind person into an uneducated, hate-filled, violent man. It's sad to say the least.

@Travis B , but then it is just semantics. It is like being iffended by a sinple kind greeting or word. Appreciation of the intention behind it is what matters. The political correctness demanded from people nowadays has caused people to go into overdrive, overthinking every word or action, and people being afraid of being judged for saying or doing simple innocent things that they never meant as any offense. For instance, we are supposedly not allowed to wish people Merry Christmas because not everyone celebrates it, and it is not inclusive. Sorry??? But I celebrate it, and when I greet someone with that, I don't mean sny harm, I mean only well, and if anyone sees that as some kind of aggression, they are delusional. I don't care how people greet me. I only care about their intentions. If it comes from kindness, why should I be offended? One of my biggest pet peaves(I hope I'm spelling that right) is when people pull the whole "freedom of speech" argument as an excuse for the horrible things they say. Freedom of speech simply means that you won't get censored or outright killed by the government by the things you say. It doesn't mean that you suddenly have the right of being an asshole, it just means that the government can't ruin your life if you're an asshole. Using "freedom of speech" to justify the things you're saying doesn't magically make them right or okay, you might still be saying something wrong, and someone correcting you for spreading misinformation or shutting you up for saying objectively hateful things isn't "violating your civil rights". It's like the Bible argument literally every Christian ever uses. Two people interpret the same Bible verse in completely opposite ways, and then they try to use the same words to disprove each other. There's also so many contradicting ideas in the Bible, it's an actual mess. The Bible says that incest is bad, yet there are many figures in the Bible that God liked that literally married their cousins. The Bible says poligamy is bad, yet Abraham had like 500 wives or some shit. There are so many conflicting ideas in the Bible, you simply can't use it as actual "proof" for your arguments. Just to clarify, I respect religion, and I think that it's important for human history and culture, and I really think that there are some good moral lessons here and there that can be taught by religion. But when you go full cultist mode and you start preaching on the streets on how the end days are coming and that God is gonna steal your balls if you don't attend church, and that every other religion is objectively wrong and that only Christianity should reign supreme and that LGBTQ stands for Let God Burn Them Quickly, you're being kinda extremist man.

@Tony Duncan I hope that's true. It does seem like a lot of moderate democrats are able to rationalize the obscenities in the media, the unconstitutional policies the left promote, and will do enough research to learn Trump has been far better for Americans than any democrat president. But there are people out there who differ in opinion whom concern me, for example here's an anecdotal example:
I'm 25 and have a close friend who's in his 50's, he's a nice, intelligent and a generous guy but the word "republican" or "Trump" will literally drive him crazy.
As soon as they leave their "college bubbles", actual life will force them to grow a skin.

Travis B omg dude it’s just a polite thing to say when someone sneezes. I swear people need to stop putting so much meaning into dumb shit like that and just enjoy life.
That goes for every Country in the worl.d

@@Unknownz000 exactly, everybody thinks the same words are bad anyway, we should just do it already
