The problem with barbell is time consuming and always occupied. I usually use mostly machines which are more convenient for me and can give similar results and safer alternative
On what basis r the 6 exercises chosen? Why do both barbell bench press and barbell shoulder press?bench press is already enough to target anterior deltoid and why didn't u include the king of back exercises-PULLUPS/LAT PULLDOWNS? Deadlifts not enough for lats. lat pulldown has helped me with my mental health.
