You should make a video on why University of Hawaii as a team is good, back to back national champions, and they have definitely overcome some challenging teams
He's 6 foot 8, by no means small. Middle blockers are becoming shorter and pin hitters are becoming taller because speed is being valued in middles as of recent in volleyball
Stanford's setter .. has some pretty shaky hands. I don't think I saw a single clean set from him, and often in the wrong place - eg, backsets were all too far inside.
Still can't get over how disrespectful Stanford bench players are, coming up to the service line after every point. Stay by the end of the bench and hype up your boys. Coach letting them do that may be trying to build a "Culture" thing, but it just shows a lack of control and sportsmanship to me. Go back 3-5 years and you wouldn't see any team doing this at all. Coach and refs are becoming way too relaxed. (In Canada)When I played in college, the Down ref would warn the coach and the bench for getting too close to the court during the set. You can get as rowdy as you want at the end of your bench, but unless the gym is too small - you don't go any further than the side of the court. It might be Stanfords attempt to make the redshirts feel involved, but it's definitely the wrong way to go about it. Act like you've been here before, show a little respect for the refs and the game.
Exactly. Especially in the last set. Even if you put aside how rude it is, you shouldn't be doing that when you're 2-0 down and about to lose the match
@@andrewkho I'm not even talking about it being disrespectful to Hawai'i, cause they do it to everyone. It's disrespectful to the officials and everyone in attendance. Really not representing the sport well. Look at Usport matches(Canadian University), the players will rarely ever leave the end of the bench area. That way they're not interfering with the game. I've watched multiple instances now where a stanford player that is getting ready to serve, has to tell his benched teammates to take a few steps back so he can get ready. This should never happen unless they were to be playing in a cramped grade school. Out of respect for the officials, and the match being played - cheer on your team in a manner that would represent the sport well to someone watching it for the first time.
In the international volleyball scene, they also have to stay inside their zone/box so why not make the college scene as close to international play as well.
They should penalize the team a point if members not currently playing in the 6, comes onto the court of play unless they are substituting for the next play. Like how in football and a member runs onto the field, too many men on the field. Like in basketball, when someone comes off the bench onto the court while in play. There really is no need for these bench players near or on the court at all when a ball is in play. The officials are watching for the ball being on the line, in or out of bounds, there are players running to keep a ball in play, these other players become an obstruction and also a distraction. Penalize them the point will stop all that nonsense!

#21 on UH... insane. Had the agility of a smaller dude but was huge on the court.
Yah, plays just like Lucas Saatkamp. Both are actually from Brazil.

10:53 Keon: if I serve it out, I love men 🥴
Never have I heard someone say butter pass. It’s more for setting
Stanford bench jockeying didn’t age well. #swept
Thelle's serve at 2:42 was like a foot in the back court
His serves are crazy
if i hit the ball with my palms of both hand at the same time (shape like snake 🐍) then is it foul ?
Are you volleyball lover
@@ShortsPoint378 yes off course!!
Not sure what you mean by a snake. Just don't carry. You'll only see that in sand if I'm understanding your question correctly
Go 🌈
I wanna play volleyball but I am too short. my height is the same as hinata so my friends ask me I I can jump high 😔
Being short just means you gotta work harder
Doesn't mean you can't play
No one is going to give you a fine if you play
@@RKCsaranghae do you like volleyball
@@ShortsPoint378 yeah
