Love this stuff. I recorded it back in 86 and wore out the tape..loved it It's funny "Mr Saturday Night" came from this...very funny film. Still, the hardest laugh I ever had in a movie was during "Mr Saturday Night".
This was a FANTASTIC HBO SPECIAL! I am 54 now and remember it so well " Morty Arnold" Billy as Sammy and BY jr. !!...you can tell here that he and Rob are really laughing form the heart! @3:37 out for sure!! ( they are best pals in real life)...Great Show, I forgot " Nigel" from Spinal Tap"...Chris Guest was hysterical in this as " Chip De minta' bella "
So reminiscent of the 2000 year old man bits, where Rob Reiner's father would set Mel Brooks up for great punch lines. The Bisquick line was just like that. Carl would do this long, thoughtful question about how many innovations he must have seen over the centuries, like the airplane, automobiles, the heart-lung machine - what is the most wonderful invention you've ever witnessed? (answer) Liquid Prell. Sure, you put a pearl in the bottle it floats down slow... Just a great piece - thanks for posting

Buddy Young....simply the funniest of Billy's characters and the ad-libbing has Reiner laughing hysterically. Love the guy.
